The Shadow Land was a fantastic read! I loved it. Elizabeth Kostova weaves a tale of adventure, mystery, sorrow and love in this story set in Bulgaria. The story of Stoyan Lazarov's life is a triumph and I enjoyed his character as well as Alexandra Boyds. A must read.
